Thursday 2nd December, 10am – 4pm, £85 per person
Create a dramatic sky painting using a simple acrylic colour palette with gestural painting techniques, beautiful glazed colour and texture. Learn to use a palette knife and expressive brush work to capture the movement of clouds, the subtle colours and discover how to create depth and atmosphere with glazing techniques. Suitable for all abilities, including beginners. It will be an exciting and challenging day with a small group of artists.
Venue: The Fancy Loft, Farnham Pottery, Wrecclesham, Farnham GU10 4ND Please note, there is no wheelchair access and a small flight of stairs to access the loft.
Materials and lunch are not provided. You will be sent a materials list and will be expected to bring a basic set of materials for the day including acrylics, brushes and a surface to paint on. Easels and boards are provided.
Please bring your own lunch and any refreshments for the day. There is also an enticing selection of food and drinks available to purchase from the cafe on site, which should be open.
We will adhere to latest Covid guidelines on the day. Under the current guidelines tables will be spaced 2 metres apart, it is recommended that you wear a mask when moving around the building, but may remove it whilst seated. Hand sanitiser will be available and there is a sink in the room. Windows will be open for ventilation and distancing observed.
