Abstract Landscapes - Friday 30th June

Friday 30th June, 10am – 4pm, £85 per person              

A day painting, exploring ideas, and loosening up your painting style, to embrace a more abstract interpretation of the landscape. We will be developing techniques to help you simplify your composition and more successfully utilise colour and tone to create harmony in your paintings. We will be painting with a limited palette of acrylics and exploring the use of collage, pastes and gels. Great for all abilities. An exciting and challenging day with a small group of artists. 

Venue: The Fancy Loft, Farnham Pottery, Wrecclesham, Farnham GU10 4ND Please note, there is no wheelchair access and a small flight of stairs to access the loft. 

Materials and lunch are not provided. You will be sent a materials list and will be expected to bring a basic set of materials for the day including acrylics, brushes and a surface to paint on. Easels and boards are provided. 

Please bring your own lunch and any refreshments for the day. There is also an enticing selection of food and drinks available to purchase from the cafe on site, which should be open.
