Taking the Boat Out

This sea painting was created whilst on residency in St Just, Cornwall and is an abstract interpretation of the view from my studio window at Priest Cove. Painted with a modern interpretation of the impressionist style of Monet and a cheeky indication of the red fishing boat that took its daily trips out from the cove.

Original painting in oil on a canvas (wrapped on a wood panel) with Conservation-grade bespoke slim wood frame (painted Farrow & Ball 'Strong White') . Titled and signed on reverse. Carefully packaged for delivery.
